How is my portrait made?

Portraits are created digitally using AI tools.

Will I see it before it's printed?

No. To keep delivery quick, we don't send a preview. We check every portrait against your photo before printing, and if it doesn't show your pet as in your photo, we'll reprint it or refund you.

What size is it?

20 × 25 cm, a little smaller than a sheet of A4 paper (about 8 × 10 inches), on a slim canvas. It comes with a mounting kit for hanging.

Can you add their name?

Yes, up to 12 characters, at no extra cost. We add it ourselves in a clean printed font, exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling.

What photo should I send?

One pet, close up, in good light, with their eyes in view, and no people in the photo. See our photo guide.

Can you send it straight to the person it's for?

Yes. Put their name and address as the delivery address at checkout. There's no receipt or invoice in the parcel. One order goes to one address.

When will it arrive?

Usually 5–7 working days after you order, with free tracked delivery to England, Scotland and Wales. We can't promise a delivery date. See Delivery.

What happens to my photo?

We use it only to make, print, deliver and support your order. We won't use it in our marketing and we won't sell it.

Can I return it?

Not for a change of mind, because it's made just for you. If it's damaged or faulty, or doesn't show your pet as in your photo, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you. See Returns and your rights.
