Delivery

Free tracked delivery on every order to England, Scotland and Wales, with no minimum spend.

When will it arrive?

Your portrait usually arrives 5–7 working days after you order. We make and check your artwork within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, not UK bank holidays), then our print partner prints your canvas and sends it straight to you. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday start on the next working day. This is our usual time, not a guarantee: around Black Friday and Christmas it can take longer, and we don't promise delivery by a particular date.

Tracking

Every portrait is sent by a tracked service, such as Evri or Royal Mail. We email you a tracking link once your parcel is on its way. It can take a day or so for tracking to show movement. The parcel may come in our print partner's packaging.

Where we deliver

• England, Wales and Scotland: yes.
• Scottish Highlands and islands, and other UK islands: please email us your postcode before you order.
• Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, BFPO and PO box addresses: not at the moment.
• Outside the UK: not at the moment.

If you order to an area we can't deliver to, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.

Late, lost or damaged

If your portrait hasn't arrived 10 working days after you ordered, email us and we'll chase it. If it's lost or arrives damaged, we'll reprint it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
