Is my portrait drawn by hand?
No. It's created as a digital watercolour from your photo, and we check every portrait against your photo before it's printed.
What size is it?
20 × 25 cm, a little smaller than a sheet of A4 paper. That's about 8 × 10 inches, on a slim canvas.
When will it arrive?
Usually 5–7 working days after you order, with free delivery to most of Great Britain.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make, print, deliver and support your order. We won't use it in our marketing or to train image software.
