Questions

Straight answers

Is the preview really free?

Yes. The on-screen preview costs nothing and you don't need to give us your email. It's low resolution and watermarked. If you love it, order it as a digital file (£24), a canvas (£39.99) or 2 canvases (£74.99).

Is my portrait drawn by hand?

No. Portraits are created digitally using AI tools. We check every portrait against your photo before we send or print it.

What if I don't love it?

Tell us what to change and we'll remake it free, up to 2 times. If you still don't love it, tell us before we print and we'll refund you in full.

What happens to my photo?

We use it only to make your preview and your order. We won't use it in our marketing or to train image software. Our Privacy notice explains who helps us make your order and how long we keep your photo.
